"The only issue with this place is parking.
For street parking, payment must be made to the municipality, but there is no clear information on how to do this.

"The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet.The room was an OK size. The bathroom was a bit small but with the sink being in a separate area there was good space. The hotel is right on the doorstep of the Abbey District and other attractions are a short walk away. There is also good public transport connections nearby if you're looking to travel out further. The train station is a 10 minute walk from the hotel."
"Really good hostel, stayed with my family although a little pricey….perhaps because of the euros football match. A little out of town but great views and accessed via tram or bus. These were free which was great but again I guess because of the football. Accommodation was refurbished and modern and breakfast really good. "
"Gleich im Nebengebäude gibt es eine Bar. Trotz geschlossener Fenster war es so laut, dass wir bis zwei Uhr morgens nicht schlafen konnten (und das Ende März, wo es draussen noch kalt war. Wie laut muss das im Sommer sein, wenn alle draussen rumstehen!!!). Frühstück war ok. Zustand des Zimmers (102) ist sehr alt, Vorhang verrissen und hing runter, Rolladenband war gerissen, die Badezimmertüre war verbogen und liess sich nicht schliessen etc. Immerhin war es sauber. "The reception was courteous and very helpful. Set me up with a hotel pass for the local transport. Gave me a map and provided useful suggestions Upgraded me when they realized it was my birthday. The breakfast was wonderful."
"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious and the hotel and local area were lovely and quiet. We both slept well and the air conditioning in our room worked well. There’s no fitness centre or room service but the bar is 24h. It is a short (< 10 minutes) walk to the train station. "
"We have stayed in a few B&B hotels and they usually do not disappoint. St Gallen hotel was a challenge to find due to how new it is but we arrived and were able to check straight in with the welcoming, friendly lady on reception. Covered parking for the motorcycle is always a bonus, great room, clean, comfy bed, nice pillows, near train station as they usually are. Nothing to dislike especially for the cost, great value for money hotels."
