"Clean room. Lobby staff friendly and lovely location. Downfall was arriving with the weather being 30°c and no air-conditioning in the room/block. Lift didn't work (not a major thing as I am able to use stairs), ridiculous process to use the gym as I guess and so was fobbed off by a girl at reception ..."
