"The staff seemed to struggle to keep the water from the entry and down the hall to the elevators as people came from the swimming pool frequently to get more towels from the front desk, cause they were out in the swimming area and therefore water was everywhere. There were no phones in the room. Had to go down to the front desk to get help. overall it was a nice stay. I could tell that they were trying to figure things out for being a new hotel. Maybe this could give you some thoughts to think about to improve, but would come again the slides were fun!"
