"When I arrived at the hotel I was told that there was a maintenance issue, so the room I reserved was not available. I was also told since my phone number was not on file they were not able to contact me ahead of time to let me know of this matter. Then I was told that I will be moved to another hotel and will be charged the same price because all my information was already moved to that hotel, I was even charged a holding fee the day prior to my arrival. However the hotel I was moved to was the Hilton Hotel, the parking price was ridiculous but I was able to find a much cheaper parking lot so that was a win!! Also the Hilton was very nice and clean my kids enjoyed the pool and the fitness room, I wish they provided free breakfast because their breakfast price was insane. Overall the stay in Canada was ok, we truly enjoyed the viewing of the Niagara Falls and Comic Con. My only recommendation is to make sure to convert your money to their currency because it is pricey and a little confusing."
