"This property had a great location and offered us a two room suite for our family of 5!! - which was awesome, but still only gave us 1 restroom, 1 bath and 1 shower and a fridge- with no microwave! We parked our car offsight for overnight parking and took a simple suttle back. We paid for the Hotel's premium view room of the falls, and got it, but the view of the horseshoe was totally obstructed by the Fallsview Hotel and casino, which the ads never mentioned- again a disappointment. The hotel seemed up to date overall, but the elevators took FOREVER to get up to our floor, causing a minimum of 5min wait time anytime we went up or down. And there was loud construction noise from about 830/9am each day which woke us up. The AC worked with :-( I'd really hesitate before booking this hotel again, which is a shame to say- I usually love Hilton Brand hotels. Th"

"The location of this property is very convenient to all aspects of tourism. Clean quiet and friendly. We were there for two nights and the rooms are refreshed every three days which is perfect for short stays."

"The parking cost is $50.00 per day. There is not a designated parking only for Marriot travelers staying at the hotel. Can be frustrating finding a place to park. The location of the hotel is beautiful seeing the Niagara Falls."

"This was a great hotel in a great location. The staff was very helpful and nice. The property inside and out was clean. I loved how much room the bunk bed room had in it. The kids loved having their own area. The location is in a wonderful spot and makes it easily to walk to everything going on. Our only complaint is that you have to spep up pretty high to get into the bathroom. There's a sign that says watch your step before going in, but not coming out. My husband forgot about the step coming out and fell. He did something to his foot and had a hard time walking. So just watch out for that step!"
