They were available all the time. The only thing we will need next time if possible is the washer and dryer and extra towels because we were 5 and only got 3 towels. "Came in to town to have a medical procedure done, and although the room was clean staff was so beyond nice, the bed was rock solid hard. You can hear the amtrak all day and some of the night, but that wasnt as bad the beds:) Super convenient if in town for one night, but more than one night bring some sort of topper for the bed to be more comfy:)"
