"The staff were very approachable & helpful from check-in to check-out. The cleaning crew doing the daily services were very helpful too. The apartment had everything that we needed. The kitchenette was a great help to make quick meals. The bed was comfortable & I loved being able to sit on the balcony in the warm winter sun 🌞. It is well located & close enough to most things. The rooftop area is also fantastic with seating where we had our lunch at times.
I will again stay at Hotel Diana South...

"We booked the Alcyone for a friends party being held at Eagle farm racecourse and Alcyone location was within close proximity. Couldn’t fault anything, rooms clean and comfortable, easy checkin and communication. Would highly recommend and stay again if the opportunity arises."

"We were so disappointed with our recent stay at this apartment.
We booked a queen room with a balcony based on the photos displayed at the time of booking, which clearly suggested an elevated room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a ground floor room with no view at all, which was very misleading and not what we believed we had paid for.
