"I had trouble with the lockbox. I had one of the older ones and it was difficult to open. Not putting the code in but actually opening the lockbox. There is no one on property, but they responded quickly to a WhatsApp call. The unit has a small fridge, sink, and area to make a simple meal. There is also a common area downstairs where you might cook a simple meal. There is no elevator so you will have to carry everything upstairs to the second floor. "This property was awful. It was very hard to find, and felt unsafe. It is essentially a garage building with the rooms on top of the garages. The garages were filled with trash and construction materials, and they were doing construction for hours late into the night while we were trying to sleep after a long travel day. There were also not enough towels for 3 people and the bathroom had no amenities like body soap or shampoo. If the room had wifi, there were no instructions on how to access it...
