"Everything was very good apart from there was no hot water and we were unable to have showers or get a hot wash on the day of our arrival which was not good after 8hrs of traveling. It was fixed the following morning. We thought BW might have reduced our room rate as a goodwill gesture but no."

"Parking was good and easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Bed wasn't the comfiest, little to hard for me but my husband found it fine. Overall its an older motel, many rooms updated. Some items like coffee table and chairs need an update but nothing that would the stay bad. Still could be a bit cleaner, floor corners were dusty."

"Staying a few nights would have liked the house keeping to make beds and vacuum after two days and wipe down surfaces not just change towels. We pay a full rate every night so we should have room cleaning services. Waffle maker needs new cooking spray that ‘works’ so the waffle doesn’t stick every time. The hotel was very nice and nice service loved the hot tub and pool"

"Overall the place was great except for the discrepancy in the price. The price in Expedia was miss leading. I was quoted 170 cdn dollars. When I arrived and paid the price was an extra 140 dollars more for 2 nights."

"Very welcoming check in. The place is charming with a central park-like setting and all the amenities from swimming to BBQ. It is a good place for more than one night if you want a break!"

"Would not go back here. All the kitchen cupboards were locked off, with no cutlery or bowl/plates provided. No way to eat any food (breakfast/dinner) in the room. Was told no cooking was allowed - which is a strange restriction when you are paying to use the whole facility. Air con super small and loud. Wifi cut in and out and tv was fuzzy."

"The Coffee Maker in the Room did not work at all. I was awake at 4:30 to 5:30 am due to people above me stomping on the floor for over an hour and didn't stop. I had the worse sleep ever and I was there in town for work too, not a vacation it was a tough next day! Not sure if I would go back to this hotel."

"The saving grace for this hotel is the pool. The area around the pool and the pool itself are excellent. The rooms are old with some renovations. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom with a tiny pedestal sink. The curtains are too small for the window in the bedroom area so the light comes in in the morning. Taking the spider webs out of the window would be nice too. The housekeepers do not know how to make a bed with tucked in sheets and no wrinkles. Our beds looked like they were...

"The beds were fine and so was the carpet. Easy check in And check out. The hair dryer have visible dust and there where not enough towels for 3 guests and o my one plastic cup for water. Smoke detector was just sitting on a shelf. Faucets are worn"

"The food in the restaurant was very good. We enjoyed Happy Hour appetizers along with salad. All were fresh no served hot. Room was lovely. Comfy bed. Clean room. Free bottled water 👍."
