"It’s a really nice hotel. The people were nice, the room was comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was good. Bathroom had Dove toiletries - nice touch! My only comment was the room wasn’t as clean as you would expect. The chair by the door had not been wiped up and had something noticeably sticky on it. You have a really nice Keurig coffee maker sitting on a tray with white crust. The microwave hadn’t been wiped up - you could see smudges and food on it. Overall the experience was...

"It was comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Due to construction in the area, it was inconvenient to access. One bad experience was a band that was practicing in the adjoining room at 9 pm, so we couldn't sleep. After filing complaint with the front desk, she called the room. When that didn't work, after a second complaint, she came up to the room to talk to them in person. The noise then stopped. Overall experience was okay."

"This Holliday Inn is a lovely property that is very clean and quiet. I had the best customer service experience. Marie is the manager, and she went above and beyond to help us with our accommodations. She is a great example of a wonderful manager who really cares about her customers. I also met her daughter Dallas, she is also really good at her job and very informative and super sweet.
