"Kanesha at the front desk was very accommodating when I arrived at midnight and helped me a great deal to make my unexpected overnight stay around BWI amazing. Hotel is very clean and the staff is super friendly. Breakfast tip is to mix the scramble eggs with the spinach quiche :) 5/5 would recommend this hotel for anyone with a layover at BWI as the hotel shuttle service comes in handy if you are looking to save on a $15 taxi ride."

"Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was decent for a free hotel breakfast. All the basics you would expect. I have no complaints and will stay here again."

"The facility was clean. The beds were actually comfortable! The room was spacious with enough closet and drawers for a longer stay. The mini kitchen was an unexpected bonus. The pool was much needed in the hot days we were there. "I'm a Hilton Honors member but I didn't get any points or discounts because I used a third party to book. I didn't know that would happen!!! The water in the tub did not drain properly, and I was charged incorrectly for some snacks. Staff said they were correcting but it still showed on my credit card statement. I thought for the cost of a one night stay, breakfast would be complimentary but it was $22.00 :( It was a nice Hilton but there were definitely some things not right."
