"Perfect location for downtown Halifax clean room excellent breakfast"

"We stayed the night for a March staycation so it served its purpose. Our room was not ready at check-in and I had to state multiple times I had a pet even though I booked a pet room and called the day before. They said the room was late due to it being inspected for cleaning but when we got to the room we discovered someone’s pjs and wrappers on the floor and in the drawers. Our fridge was leaking and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. We did not bring these issues up as we only stayed for the night and left early morning. It looked like the hotel was booked up, so we left it but unfortunate and left feedback directly to the hotel too. "

"Upon arrival we noted there was a fridge in the room but no complimentary water available in the room. But we weren’t told about the water cooler and cups that were complimentary so we spent $7 on bottled water The closet door was not on the track, the room was very cold with no extra blankets available in the room either. When validating our parking, it wasn’t communicated that you must leave parking garage by 1pm otherwise you would have to pay an additional fee to exit. This ways important information to note however, we were never informed. "

"Great room, bed was clean with a protector on it. Washroom was clean and the shower was outstanding quality. Only downside is the parking and how expensive it is."

"The room was very nice and clean. Didn’t have hand soap upon arrival. The pool was fine but you can tell it hasn’t been renovated. Hot tub was just warm and only half of the jets worked. "
