When I arrived, the front door says that no attendant is at the front desk, please press this button and someone will come and let you in. I pressed the button several times over 15 minutes and waited. Finally, someone came out from the adjacent restaurant, and I asked about being let in, and they opened the door. Once I came into the lobby there was no one there, so I pressed the button again and after a few minutes someone came out to check me in, without a comment about why I waited so long outside. I entered my room which was a bit warm. I attempted to set the A/C to cool it and couldn't get it to function. When down to the front desk to ask how to set the A/C, I was told that the A/C is not set to work, because all the A/C thought-out the hotel would have to be turned on. So, there is no A/C, rather just open a window. I then went upstairs to open the window and the window was locked. I then went downstairs to the front desk an again and asked if there was a way to open the window. I was then told that in my window someone broke the key in it. I then asked for another room and was told there were no other rooms. I then asked for the windows to be fixed. Finally, the guy from the front desk came up to my room with a half-broken key and opened the window. He told me not to press the button to close the windows because it would lock again. This was just within the first 30 minutes of my stay.
