Comfortable but cockroach was a disappointment

I have been staying here for a while now (every 2 weeks for the past few months). The place is decent but the cockroach on this last occasion was off-putting

Okay hotel with bad service

It was okay but I wouldnt recommend it. The hotel itself is okay but the service is not good. I hate libes lines and had to wsit i lines for everything from checking in, breakfast or ordering dinner. Its not a big deal for some people but the water pressure in the shower was horrible and either too hot or too cold-no in between. The restaurant is also very noisy, the ambience is not suitable for dining and left a bad taste in my mouth. Breakfast was also exactly the same everyday for the 5 days I was there, except when they had spaghetti...didn't know whether that was a morning dish or leftovers from the previous day.

Great receptionist, Facility needs some upgrade

The receptionist was awesome as the rooms had been filled by the time we got there. But she managed and got us a place. How?? It took over 1 hour to get food from the restaurant!!! We spent a night there and was amazed at the numbering of the rooms. Room 51 was at the opposite end of 52 when I thought my kids were going to be close to me. Also the same night my kids found a huge cockroach in their room. The facility is beginning to run down and needs a lot of attention. I will be extremely hesitant to stay there again.

The stay was not as expected, the communication regarding services or queries was bad. I didn't have hot water in the room to bath and after I have reported the matter there was no feedback from the staff until I have to call over and over again and I almost didn't able to get my breakfast because by the time I bath is was almost check out time. I have to explain myself to get breakfast and I was send from one person to another in order to get my issues resolved. I was actually doing the run around to get services done rather than the staff to do so.I was not actually happy about the services and it was bad because it was my first time to the place.

I just find it irritating that my room entrance card kept resetting. After the 2nd time the lady at reception told me to keep the card away from my phone. This is very inconvenience as I keep everything together with my phone.

It was good. Two or three things to be attended to. Too much salt on the food. The beds are not so comfortable,worned out I think. Friendly staff.

Stop over on Thohoyandou

You get what you pay

It was alright. If they hotel could just communicate with their bookers and not bother clients with payments. The hotels itself was fair. It is cheap so the condition is worth the price. It could use a revamp.Otherwise there is no complaints. Just don't high expectations then you will be fine.

Hotel luxueux avec restaurant de bonne qualité. Petit déjeuner où le choix est impressionnant. Un palace au milieu d'une région très populaire, avec le casino, on se croirait à Las Vegas. Chambre spacieuse, très propre, lit immense !!!
