Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to formally raise a serious complaint regarding my recent room booking through Expedia and to request an immediate cancellation and full refund due to extremely unacceptable and unhygienic conditions.
When I arrived at the property, the receptionist appeared to be half asleep and showed no professionalism. The room that was allotted to me was very small, poorly maintained, and had a strong bad smell. The bed sheets were clearly not washed, with visible hair, dirt, and stains on them. The overall setup of the room was extremely dirty and unhygienic. The washroom condition was equally bad, making it completely unusable.
The moment I entered the room, I felt nauseous and had the urge to vomit. I could not stay even for a short time due to the health risk and discomfort. I have never experienced such a terrible accommodation in my life.
I strongly believe that a property with such conditions should not be licensed or listed on Expedia, as it poses serious hygiene and health concerns for guests.
Due to these reasons, I did not stay at the property and am requesting an immediate full refund of the amount paid. I am willing to provide photos or any additional information if required.
I kindly request you to take this matter seriously and process my refund at the earliest.
