Most of the staff members were great housekeeping was iffy. Some days the room was cleaned and tidied some days nothing much was done and the bed was not made. Fairly quiet shops around but they have odd opening and closing times. Great restaurant attached to the hotel open for lunch and dinner you can get room service from there to your room which is great affordable and delicious. Hotel breakfast was good nice coffee tea pastries fruit eggs etc. We felt safe and loved the ability to walk around easily. Would stay again.

Hotel looks old dated needs refresh would never stay again or recommend it for price half board food was okay it’s hot they left windows open and ac on which is abit strange on arrival. From front to Receptiona dm rooms restaurant t all needs updating refreshing.

They gave me a room the was directly on the highway at street level, very noisy. Also, AC in the room barely worked and did not dehumidifier, I was drenched!

Chambre donnant sur un carrefour du centre ville, super bien isolée ( pas de bruit quand la fenêtre est fermée). Déco sympa, personnel à l'écoute et agréable. Petit déjeuner un peu cher, mais copieux et délicieux.

Séjour convenable sans plus Plusieurs petits problèmes mais rectifié par l’hôtel. Exemples : Pas de téléphone, pas de serviette de bain, plus de savon côté douche et la douchette non fonctionnel. Voilà pas très pro à mon goût. Peut mieux faire . Personnels bien veillants quand même. Cordialement

Endroit tres bruyant .impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres. Chambres minuscule. Salle de bain exiguë. Petit déjeuner dans une salle où lon se bouscule et où il est difficile de trouver une table. Les 4 étoiles sont justes sur le panneau. A fuir!

Je suis très déçue de mon séjour à l'hôtel. Je connaissais cet établissement pour y avoir déjà dormi. Sur mon dernier séjour il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude pour se laver. Quand je l'ai signalé lors de mon départ, la réceptionniste m'a dit qu'elle était au courant et qu'ils avaient le problème depuis la vielle. La moindre des choses aurait été de me prévenir à mon arrivée. Les 100€ payé ont du mal à passer !!!! Et pas de remise ou de geste pour un futur séjour.
