Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Wifi didn't work. Kept complaining. Just more useless passwords. Eventually gave up. Luckily the hotels and cafes nearby let you use their wifi. If it was in Albania Dubai or Sofia I'd be screwed. Also heat didn't work well. Slept in my full clothes 1st night with quilt too. Eventually it started to heat up and the weather turned milder. I had it on 32 celcius(90 F) highest setting otherwise it wouldn't work at all. Mgt co. is terrible. Otherwise was ok. I would say ok for 1 night but not cold wise.
