"I enjoyed my stay in Llangefni. The Staff were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately at present I seem to be the target of a Hate Campaign locally. I am being lied about. There is nothing wrong with me. The cruelty is so bad I was physically sick Monday morning. Being able to stay somewhere to rest great. If I could I would stay again. By now money is an issue. There is a SUBSTANTIAL amount of FINACIAl Abuse. I am being ACTIVELY isolated. I walk straight in on my return to more malice...

"Really great place to stay. Worth noting that access is up a narrow single-track road for a few hundred metres. Cottage in great condition with nice facilities. Milk, butter and jam in the fridge and a loaf of bread was a nice touch. Thoroughly recommended. "

"Jan is such a good host, when I let her know that I caught a cold on the way to her place, Jan shared her cold remedies and picked me up some lemons for Hot toddies. The jet tub was also very nice before bed. Well organized brochures for restaurants, and things to do. I really enjoyed my stay. I hope I will be able to return one day. Thank you Jan!"

"Inn is perfectly situated within the walls of Caernarfon Castle, convenient to shops, restaurants and bars.
Staff are uniformly friendly and welcoming. My room (#34) was in an old building but had been completely modernized inside, including the bathroom. "The amenities for a small property is amazing. The bar downstairs is convenient with a nice outdoor seating area. The rooms are bright and comfortable. I had a great view of the mountains through my large skylight window. The staff are ready to help and have a great knowledge of the local area.
It is 5 minutes to the pier and restaurants and other bars. I totally recommend this place. And will definitely stay here again.

"Had a fantastic stay at The Slate. Staff are excellent and very handy having the restaurant and bar downstairs after a long day travelling. Note that rooms are on first floor up a staircase, no lift. Well appointed and cosy room with modern bathroom amenities. Would definitely stay again."
