"As usual the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic festive stay. There was a couple of issues that were listened to and promptly resolved by manager Natalie. We really appreciate excellent customer service. Kim & Henrik also really looked after us and our 2 small doggies so well in Saltz restaurant. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Merry Christmas to all at the Dolder and we look forward to seeing you soon again."

"I didn’t partake in the included breakfast. The hotel is quaint and has everything in the room that you could want or need…even a bidet. The double door windows in my room opened to a beautifully holiday decorated court yard."

"This little property was amazing. The hotel is old, but well kept. The room was small, but very comfortable, clean and quiet. Located less than 10 min walking from Zurich main train station and only 15 min walking from the old town. The front desk people were very helpful and friendly. There is a great cafe restaurant next door for breakfast or lunch. "
