"The room was nice and comfortable but I booked two queen beds but they gave us a king bed with a pullout couch . Then we discovered that one of the tvs didn’t work.So I called the staff and they said they would send a technician but they never came. The breakfast was great but unfortunately there was no waffles. Overall it was a good stay and I think they just made a small mistake. So I would still recommend this hotel for most people."

"The Dylan is an amazing place to stay, just one BART stop from SFO, and walking distance to Millbrae Station. "Where to start? Cost was low. You get what you pay for! Water damaged floor so I kept tripping on raised laminate. Toilet seat barely bolted on toilet. It flops from side to side when in use. Tank valve got stuck all the time. You have to take cover off and jiggle it to get water to fill tank. For some reason they installed metal sheets on all sides of bed from bottom of frame to the floor. When anywhere close to bed your feet would bang against them. TV crapped out half way through stay.
