"The Breakfast menu was expansive and fresh, dining was quick, fresh, well presented and good value. Parking was easy as plenty of spaces and two carparks. The saff were friendly and very accommodating. There was a clean and adequate swimming pool, jacuzzi an well equipped gym."

It’s a fantastic house and is well maintained in a great location. I had researched this house before our trip, but booked it last minute based on our location at the time in Scotland. Very happy I was able to stay here and enjoy it. As a high Expedia user, I strongly recommend this place. "

"Fonab was ok,nothing special lights in bathroom were very poor,bedside lights weren't great i couldn't read my book with them,breakfast was mediocre definitely not as nice nor the quality compare to the last owners not good value for the money you pay."

Breakfast had plenty of options on the continental buffet as well as the option of ordering hot/cooked options. I’d honestly have stayed for an extra night if I’d known it was going to be this enjoyable! "

"Bedroom was excellent, where the hotel falls down was the lounge area which lacked atmosphere and although you could purchase drinks, there was no bar…. and you were unable to see the staff pour. Tables and chairs very tightly packed together and not the most relaxing. Breakfast had a great choice of food but again tables very close together not much room to move between them. Staff were very friendly and pleasant."
