"This hotel is located off the highway with easy access. There are several restaurants in the area. The staff provided excellent customer service, especially Mr. Eduardo, and Mrs. Stephanie at the front desk. Also. Mrs. Maria who oversees the kitchen was very attentive to my breakfast needs. The pool area was very clean. The pool towel bin was empty and Mrs. Stephanie along with Mr. Kenny Ray who is the Sales Manager immediately replenished the cabinet. This place is all about keeping the customer satisfied and enjoying a good night rest after a long day of being out and about. The bar area is not designed to party all night. Just a good place to have a drink, watch a game , good conversation before going to bed. I recommend this hotel and will plan staying here again on my next visit to Round Rock."

"The property is very well kept . Actually met the owner while I was there and she is super sweet . Offered my grandkids snacks from her own refrigerator and the staff was so on top of everything! Renee the front desk clerk was so nice and the continental breakfast was fantastic with the state of Texas waffle! Definitely coming back to this hotel !"
