"There was only a bar of soap in the bathroom. No shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or hair dryer. Room was clean, but nothing about it made me want to linger. No one was staffing the front desk. There was a video kiosk which did not feel very private at all. "

"Parking was ok but so many trucks and trailers had to park safely, rooms were all dirty floors not cleaned and small bugs crawling around. The room I booked had ants colony in the window seal and I immediately alerted the front desk. It took so long to find a room worth staying in that I didn’t get much sleep or was even able to go down to retrieve the key for my room I was so tired from going down stairs with luggage trying to find a clean room for me and my 10 year old child "
