"Clean and well-situated. Staff were wonderful - very friendly check-in and great advice for our short stay in Tenby. The room had a small balcony offering a lovely view over the golf course and a nice place to enjoy a drink in the last of the evening sun. The beach and town were a short convenient walk away."

"A lovely little stay over. A small bedroom with en-suite bathroom which suited our needs perfectly. Marion was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend for short stays and would stay there again"

"Breakfast was ok but items on menu extra had to be paid for. Room was clean but dated. Shower was an electric shower that was nearly unusable. Low pressure and no temperature control. No replacement shower gel was left after room was cleaned. Staff were excellent and restaurant was well presented. Hotel room a low 3 star at best."

"Nice stay at this cosy hotel. Good location & great parking - situated nicely between Saundersfoot & Tenby. Friendly staff, nice brekkie & recommended if you are visiting the area & don’t want to be in the middle of it all but still easily accessible if you want to go into either place. Very nice!"

"The room was clean and tidy however it was unbearably hot due to a lack of air con and alrhough a fan was provided it could not deal with the heat in the room. There was no fridge to keep water cold and milk from going off, . In the bathroom the toilet seat was really loose and the sink is so tiny it was impossible to have a wash. "Read the reviews and was slightly put off. But having spent the whole weekend at the hotel, my mind was changed. Staff were very helpful with all questions and information needed. Grounds and views are lovely. Used the spa and pool and enjoyed every minute. Check in and out was very easy, food was amazing (especially the lamb). Will definitely be back to visit in the next few weeks. Only thing I would ask if bottles of water could be put in the annex room, as im very fussy and refuse to drink...

"Nobody at the property when we arrived, had to wait 10 minutes for the housekeeping lady to arrive. She was great and very apologetic. Room was freezing on arrival."

"It was a great location on the Esplanade. Entry was self-service check-in. The booking stated ocen views and breakfast included. The breakfast was great but we were advised that breakfast was not included as though there was a dispute with Expedia and the room had an ocean glimpse."

"The place had a lot of potential, it just felt neglected and unloved. They had gone to a lot of effort to supply breakfast items in the shared kitchen and it was obviously visited each day by a host as it was tidied and rubbish cleared but some cupboards had random packets and crumbs,the salt and pepper pots were dirty and sticky.
