Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach

"The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of South Beach, which is by far its strongest asset. You can walk almost anywhere, and for the price, the location is hard to beat. That said, the service and amenities fall short of what I would expect from a true 5-star property. Beach service feels overpriced, with umbrellas costing $38 and coconuts reaching an astonishing $21 each. While the pool staff are friendly and attentive, simple requests often take far too long, including something as basic as bringing a check. Housekeeping and room service also need improvement. The in-room coffee and tea station was rarely replenished properly, and it often took multiple calls just to receive missing items like cups, sugar, or stirring sticks. Instead of bringing everything at once, staff would frequently forget part of the request. The rooms could use some updates as well. The hair dryer and iron feel outdated, and unfortunately the iron damaged one of my shirts during my stay. Overall, Loews offers a fantastic South Beach location and decent value, but the service inconsistencies and aging room amenities keep it from being a true luxury experience. I would rate it as a solid 4-star hotel rather than a 5-star property."

"Es hermoso el hotel. Se llama Kompose Boutique Resort Theme Parks. Te tratan demasiado Bien ellos tienen una actitud amable y buena. Aunque el primer día me atendió un muchacho y me dio la habitación con el check in HABÍA UNA PERSONA ADENTRO FUE LO ÚNICO."

"The room was clean and nice. I wasn’t crazy about a rain shower- shower head. Also no plugs on both sides of bed or in bathroom was a little difficult. At night it was hard to find food at the resort. We didn’t want to get back out but there was no place to grab a bite a to eat except the night the food truck was open. The breakfast bar was amazing. I wish we had known to get the all inclusive because 29.00 plus a resort tax of 3.00 is too much for breakfast. The 2nd floor ocean front for us was looking straight into the bar and we couldn’t see ocean - but people could see in our room so that was not the best location. We loved the pools, the entertainment, the wrist keys, the towels, the daily room cleans, the location and the food trucks. Prepare for 1drink at the bars being close to $20. Very steep with a tip!! Great family fun for our grandkids! DJ - pool fun etc"

"Pool should be open later with entertainment for adults and there should be drinks special nice property but but nothing to do after 6pm unless your going to the night club. Have a ice. I’d in room for guest they only ice box was filled with hotel products which was over prices"

"The location was perfect. It was just across the street from the beach. The room wasn’t amazing for the price but I guess we were paying for the location so it was ok. The bed and pillows were awful. Bring your own pillow and if you have a bad back it will be worse by the morning. The pool was nice and the ice cream shop attached was great."
