"Perfect location for my short stay. Undercover parking, accessibility, close to amenities, lovely view, very clean, comfy bed, just like the photos. I did have a little trouble actually finding it because it’s tucked away nicely next to Ryde public school. Nowhere to park to check-in, although I parked at the entrance to gate parking area. "

"It was a pleasant experience at the Lakeside hotel. The room was spacious and valet with all the amenities at easy reach. There was a rattly mixer at the basin, which the staff were more than happy to attend to, but I told them that they can do so after my stay. "Had difficulty with my 81 cm luggags as ramp is not accurate / no through entry. Though, I saw like a carrier but no english instructions. There is parking ramp but still you need a card to enter. Also, why not leave appropriate consumables depending on the stay duration instead of as need, write and drop basis. Why not add info/request on your website for seamless digital access.
