"I was impressed how clean the room was. I have stayed in more expensive hotels but this room was cleaned and detailed exceptionally well. I'll will stay here again when I visit SJSU."

"The room we were in was so loud from the street noise. It was very hard to sleep. Also, their restaurant bar was under complete construction and furniture all covered up in plastic all over the place wasn’t very inviting to hang out there. The front desk lady who checked us in, was really difficult to deal with. We had booked by accident a different day and tried to switch them and she refused to help. In addition she sent us to the wrong room after upgrading to a suite and made no attempt to...

"This hotel was nice. The rooms were good. Very close to restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. It's also a short bus ride to downtown San Jose and other stores. I recommend this place."

"There is a lot of vagrant in the area. Loud music from vehicles on the weekend. The hotel is on Santa Clara st. Which is a street used for cruising. I hope this helps. I most likely will not be staying there again. Too noisy."

"The room was clean. Everyone was very helpful. If I was to stay there again I would make sure I am not given Room #1. It is right next to the office. Apparently the manager/owner lives at the property (or at least someone is in the room that is adjacent to Rm 1). They stayed up very late. I could hear their TV playing until 1AM. Not very restful. You could also hear a person clearing his throat and spitting. I found the staff at the front desk were Indian, and sorry to say I couldn't...

"Location for San Jose quakes games, Santa Clara University, SJ airport and Levi stadium are ideal. We stop here every time we are in Santa Clara visiting our son. There are three Element hotels in the area all are a superior choices to other mid price hotels"
