"Everything was absolutely AMAZING at this hotel...next level AMAZING, from the second you enter the hotel lobby, an aroma of flowers hits you...the smell was out of this world AMAZING. It smelled like a beautiful French Garden. I've never experienced anything like it before. The staff is also next level AMAZING, every little detail is though out too, so you feel like the most important person and felt so welcomed!!! We felt like royalty. The room was perfect with a Sea View, the bathroom had a shower and separate soaking tub and all amenities...robe, slipper, natural loofah for exfoliating your body and everything else one would need to use in a bathroom. We had fresh flowers and fresh fruit ready for us to enjoy. Our mini fridge was stocked with drinks, chocolate bar, milk for coffee and tea. Also had a french press to make fresh coffee in our room. The only thing that could be improved...the mattress was a little too firm but the bedding was AMAZING and very luxurious, so that made up for the mattress being too firm. Thank you for a Totalling AMAZING hotel experience!!! I was unforgettable!!!"

"Stayed for 4 nights March 2026. Novotel is convenient for getting around and just a few minutes drive to the Airport . The Hospitality and warmth of the Staff was definitely 10 on the scale. Our breakfast was very wide to choose from, and Chef Tejas personally comes to us and offer to make us anything of our choice. Special mention to Kunal, Kashmiri & Poui. They were all very attentive, polite and welcoming throughout our stay. Special thanks to Dipika Gi, Guest Services Manager, who took time out to meet us at Breakfast, with a farewell cake. Thank you all, we will be back! "

"Everytime I travel to Mumbai, The Leela is the only hotel I stay at. Words cannot do justice! This place is amazing and always feels like home in Mumbai "

"Perfect location for a hotel within the Airport. 2 mins to and from departures. Room very clean and small bar/restaurant if you need to use it. "

"The driver who took me to the airport, was a pain in the neck insisting on tip. I had no cash and yhe guy was very insisting, a hassle. The hotel should train this people not to bug customers after paying inr 1200 for a 5 min ride"

"The stay was great. Ambience very good. Everything was fabulous. Breakfast staff need a bit of re-training. Staff very noisy with refilling cutlery and dragging chairs etc. Also Breakfast was not fully set up even after 30 mins from the time Breakfast is meant to start. Need a proper well qualified person to revamp this aspect. I will rate every other thing 9/10 but Everything related to Breakfast I will rate 6/10. "

"Clean relaxing room. Hotel staff very polite and friendly. Issue was resolved promptly and level of care was exceptional. Special thank you to Mohaak for the hospitality. We will definitely be returning on our next trip. Great location to the airport. Approx 25 mins from bandra and other attractions. Breakfast was lovely. Room service was great - food piping hot when arrived. The suite is definitely worth booking. Gold services are lovely addition. "
