"The cleaning staff - Aditya did a very good job at keeping out room spotless everyday and providing all the amenities when requested. The Arbor Kitchen staff also served our breakfast , dinner and deinks very well. Thanks to Mr. Jaykumarfor attending us everyday during our breakfast and dinner meals. Also thanks to Mr.Ankur , Mr. Abhishek for serving and making us special drinks. As well as shout out to Mr. Vaibhav."

"We booked an apartment, booking shows good for 4 people. When showed up, one to had no bed. We were informed to use the king bed for 3 people and sofa for 4th person. We were charged 2000Rs per extra 2 beds. We had airport pickup included, which we were charged for as our flights were delayed. We were informed that we are party of 4 with 5 large bags. They send 2 small cars and charged for both. Extra bed and airport pickup charges were dropped upon talking to the manager. It's an hassle, seems...
