"We stayed at Pr.Inn Nth for a total of 7 nights whilst visiting relatives nearby. The receptionist (Kirsty) is our hero. She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. To add to that, the breakfasts were great, taken in a very relaxing atmosphere and the staff there...

"Lovely friendly staff, but the shower was tiny, mouldy and the sink didn't work, so hardly any water coming out. I reported the problem with the sink the following day, but was told that it may not get fixed as the hotel was undergoing a full renovation in a few weeks. I fully understand that the owners don't want to spend money when they are ripping out old rooms AND I was offered a room change, but decided not to take it. Room cleanliness was good, but I gave a low score on the overall...

"Beautiful place to stay while in Stirling. Perfect location with restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, stores minutes away. The Uni, Wallace Monument and Castle are just longer walkable a quick ride. Our “apartment” was pristine when we arrived. Tiny kitchen and coffee counter right when you walked in, nice sitting area with pullout bed and tv. Great bedroom- bed, pillows and comforter heavenly and blackout shades were awesome. Bathroom was lovely, large, had a towel heater, and wonderful waterfall...

"Because of hip and knee problems, it was wonderful to have helpful staff carry my case up the stairs into the hotel. I had a lovely first-floor room, clean, bright, with a spacious bathroom that had a separate tub from the walk-in shower. There was a good amount of space in the area that had a closet and a desk. "Good hotel - a little understaffed in places, but the staff on reception were particularly helpful. Breakfast was good, although a buffet would have been more flexible than ordering from the menu. Spa facilities were good, but it was really quite busy. Overall, an enjoyable stay! "

"Check in was easy. Reception staff was courteous and helpful. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was spacious. However, the room floors were very dirty. The room smelled like heavy smoke, and a little musty, Especially in the bathroom. There was also an air freshener in the room to cover up the smell but it made it worse. The restaurant looks nice, clean, and presentable, but the food was average and the staff were not very attentive. Overall, not bad for a middle of the road...
