"Terrible experience I booked the room with a dishwasher but they gave me the wrong room. My room had washer and dryer but they said “we don’t have laundry detergent, we are out of it.” I was traveling with a baby and it was the most inconvenient stay. Will never come back. I ordered food from their cafe and it took more than 40 mins. My room was never ready when I checked in I waited two hours after arriving even though it was past 3pm."

"Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were professional and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only issue we experienced was the noise coming from neighboring rooms during the night.
