"The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast area was nice and clean the food was good. The only thing we had problems with is the people who are responsible for cleaning the room never cleaned our room. We had to call downstairs for towels .we had to ask for water for the room. The next problem no one came to empty the garbage. They hold 450.00 on your card. But my room was never cleaned. Make that make sense.. My son had the same problem he call three times for service for his room.He ask to speak...

"We had a wonderful time at the hotel and the staff was wonderful especially Andina. She was attentive, helped us to navigate our stay, and even sung Happy Birthday to my wife. We would definitely recommend this location. "

"The hotel is very cute - a cool vibe. Located perfectly for us to head to the cruise ship pier. Our room was quite large and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very complete and quite good. Staff were friendly and very accommodating as we needed to store bags until our ship departure. Would definitely stay again! "

"The room was clean and the air conditioning works. As it's an old building, windows may not open all the way or at all. You'll also have to carry your own luggage up/down the stairs as there are no elevators or service. Great location! Enjoyed an open bar with water and beer."
