7.4/10 Good! (437 reviews)
Room is not being cleaned, roaches walking on the floor. Room is a prison cell without windows and a toilet that has a shower above it in case you like to take a shower while going to the toilet. Absoluut worst place have been in my life! And this is Singapore for god sake, unbelievable that this place exists

9.4/10 Exceptional! (2,280 reviews)
This was an amazing hotel in a convenient location attached to several different shopping malls and convenient places to eat. The hotel was beautiful and very close to the main area attractions. The staff allowed us to store our luggage prior to check in and delivered our items safely to our room once the room was available.
