"J'ai réservé une chambre en occupation simple du 25 au 28 septembre 2026. Le lit n'a jamais été fait, les poubelles jamais vidées, les serviettes de bain jamais changées. Très décevant."
"This is a well-located hotel if you're traveling through Riviere du Loup, close to Highway 20 and the ferry. There are a couple of reasonable restaurants within walking distance, and a few more distinctive restaurants a short drive away in the downtown area. The hotel's breakfast is decent, and the rooms have fridges with freezers (if you need to refreeze your cooler packs.) You can walk out to the ferry along a wooded path that runs along the bay."
"No staff at the hotel, it's a self service hotel. Took us 30 min to check in using the automated system, we called but it took forever for someone to answer, no coffee in the room so you have to get dressed and go to an automated coffee machine in the lobby, which only gave out hot chocolate on the second day. Again no one there to fix the issue. Rooms were nice modern and clean though."
"The King Room was small. Had a hard time sleeping as the bed was hard, no microwave. This is why the 3 star, other wise the staff was friendly, full breakfast, fridge, clean, free parking, pool was good. A little pricey through expedia"
