"We stayed on the motel side this time. The room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the water. No fridge or air conditioning in our room, but it fits the feel of the place and takes you back a few years. The main building is a wonderfully quaint inn in which we have stayed twice. It has really nice rooms overlooking the river. The sunsets are spectacular. We had breakfast and supper both days in the dining room which is just beside the water. Food and service are first class. "The hotel was pet friendly on nice grounds. Beds and bathroom was clean. TV worked. No problems. The staff were very friendly. We wanted to use the pool early morning before we left and the proprietor opened the pool early and turned on the heat just for us. We had a very nice stay."
