"There was construction of a new hotel , banging started at 7:30 Am for the entire stay. I booked a room with 2 beds and there was an error and they said the room was only for 1 person, on check in they said”don’t worry we see you have 2 beds” On check out they charged an additional 200 Euros without prior notification. It is also far from the train station, they have no Hôtel transport so be prepared to spend 150 euro for round trip. It is also 150 euros round trip to downtown Luxembourg ....

"Fortunately it was a one night stay. This was the 8th of 9 hotels in 9 days but was the most expensive and actually the worst stay. Room - dated would best describe it. I specified only a few things for all the hotels with WiFi being top of that list, and lo and behold the WiFi was non existent in the room we had. Bed was exceptionally soft, shower over bath and no thermostatic mixer so nearly got burned when someone else used water. No fridge, kettle etc so for the money you could likely...

"While initially I reported to Expedia that the checkin was wonderful, we discovered upon checkout that many mistakes had been made. The front desk, upon checkout, was rude and unhelpful. I had proof that I had paid more than two months in advance for the breakfast buffet (and upon check in it had been confirmed).
