"The property was clean. Safety was my concern The homeless guy from the gas station setting up camp in the benches in front of the Delaney was enough for me . Front desk Iris was not very helpful . Garage not part of the hotel was dark and dreary. I left after 2 hrs did not feel safe."

"This place is really great. The staff are super nice and friendly. Our room was super clean, really quiet, and had a comfy bed with fresh, nice-smelling sheets. Breakfast was delicious and delightful. Parking costs extra, but it's secure. I totally recommend staying here."

"The hotel looked as good as the money spent to stay here, which was a pretty penny. They had a dozen or so options for breakfast each day. They also had snacks and healthy meals in the lobby so I didn't need to leave or order fast food. It was a nice, clean and calm environment that I could've saved money booking months earlier. "

"Room was very clean , large and well maintained. Large area for games and sitting. Pool area clean and well used by families. Very close to Busch Gardens but you do need a vehicle if you want to go out to eat. Note that brfst ends early - 9am during the week."
