"Clean room nice staff"

"Pass on this one if you arrive late. I arrived at around 8pm and no one was there. I called and texted the numbers with no indication of how long of response. After 10-15 min of no response, I went to a different hotel. I did not get an email or text with a door code. They insisted I got the email (I didn’t) and they blamed Expedia for not sharing my phone number. They refused to return my money. "The temperature in the room was to warm and the aircondioner did not kick on at all. It would be a good idea to provide at least 2 towels per person. The bath matt was wet when i enrolled it. Assuming it hadn't been a fresh one. We went out to get a bite for breakfast and was sadly greeted by a non working coffee pot and only yogurt and Hostess donuts. Don't advertise as a bed and breakfast of there is no breakfast. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. "

"The breakfast was decent. The building and decor is a bit dated. But overall, it was clean, the beds were good and it was an acceptable and affordable place to sleep. It was a little noisy but once the pool traffic went to bed, it was fairly quiet. Although we did hear the occasional loud vehicle."
