Staff was nice and kind, room and hotel quite clean; it was hot and rooms are not air conditioned, but the worst was windows are not allowed to open but a small space. Experience was not good at all, we could not sleep well because of hot. In adittion breakfast is fair but limited. For me is. 3.5/5"

"Our room was in the newly built wing of the hotel and was incredibly well designed for efficiency and ease. Also, and this was a big plus for us because we stayed there in the middle of a very rare-in-Ireland heat wave, our room had air conditioning. There is also handy hotel parking. The hotel is in a fabulous location ... Proximity to the castle, the craft and design centre and the beautiful Butler gardens as well as lots of great stores and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay."

"There is no AC and we were promised fans (they never gave them) when it was 90 degrees. Beware of staying here in the summer! Gym is OLD!!!!! Worst night of our trip!"

"If you are looking for peace and quiet - this isn't the hotel for you. Very (very) noisy due to the huge amount of families with small children. However, the outdoor infinity pool is a quiet oasis away from the chaos!"

"Fantastic hotel, amazing staff and location perfect. The small town of Leighlinbridge had many hidden gems! Food was great, both breakfast and the restaurant. Only small niggle was the tired bedroom and en suite, which whilst perfectly functional, could do with a refresh."
