"I wish I could rate my experience higher but this Hyatt lacks customer service. When I called the front desk, they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The issue was never resolved - the thermostat in the apartment is really hard to adjust and the hotel did not provide support. The bed was not comfortable, the fact that there was no duvet cover but triple sheeting instead, and the lack of any bathroom amenities reveal the cheapness of the place. "The room itself was very nice. We had a few hiccups for our 3 night stay. The sink drain was clogged so we moved to another room. We didn’t know the pool/hottub was being renovated when we booked our stay. That was one of the main reasons we booked here. Our keys stopped working every day we stayed. And most importantly, the lobby smelled like a porta-potty. I couldn’t tell what caused it, but I suspect it’s their cleaning solutions they use.
On a positive note, it has access to the bike path....

"This hotel was not clean or maintained. One of the hot tubs was out of order. The garbages were full each day. The breakfast was not warm or a typical Hyatt buffet. The hotel had dead bugs in the dining area along with dirty dishes sitting out. The room did not look clean and the bathroom was dirty. The carpet was coming up in the room, making it dangerous to walk without shoes on. I would not recommend this hotel and we were disappointed with our stay."

"Room was nice enough, it's definitely a lodge feel and it is a dated hotel but overall the room was fine. No AC though. The bed was good and the bathroom was fine. We went in June though so you could tell they don't staff it well because it's not in season.
We went to the in house restaurant and there was hardly anyone there. They had just changed the menu so you could tell everywone was still learning. Food was good though.
The spa is another story. They just straight up said we don't...
