"When we walked in there was a strong smell of chlorine. We thought it was just heavy duty cleaning but I’m hindsight it looks like they were trying to get rid of ants. On our second day the kitchen was infested with ants. There are no seal around the doors or the air conditioning units. We had to throw away all our food and then go out and pay for breakfast. We will never stay there again."

"Even though my emails from Expedia say I can pay at property. The hotel insisted that their policy is to pay within 7 days. I called the hotel bc my card was being charged 2 days prior to check in. I called and got a very rude staff member at the front desk names Coolie. She told me that if I didn't pay by end of day she would cancel my reservation. It all worked out but was handled very poorly. "

"staff was great and very helpful. parking was covered. provided extra blanket when asked for. room was clean and in good shape. AC provided comfort as demanded"

"Housekeeping did not clean room. My daughter and I had to go to front desk and ask for trash bags. Internet sucks. TV takes an hour to upload features then constantly buffers. Luckily the man at front desk was pleasant. "

"Key didn't work after having to wait in the cold for someone to check us in. TV had 4 channels two of which were Channel 3. No hot water in the shower. If your not ready for off season guests you shouldn't rent out."
