"Our experience was made so great by “Cindy”, the customer service was phenomenal. Upon checking in to our room, we found that our TV wasn’t working and she immediately upgraded us to another room -which was a lot bigger! It was very clean and secure. Parking was not an issue and the breakfast was delicious! We’ll definitely stay here again while visiting our daughter at school👍"

"Our stay at Spring Hill Suites in Bloomington was great! The staff was great, and the breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. Our only gripe is that the parking garage is very hard to navigate in a larger truck because it is not easy to turn around to exit. Other than the garage, the stay was great! "

"Nice room with all the appliances you need to do some cooking. Did not use anything but coffeemaker but husband did note there was only one small coffee cup. Full size shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower no tiny hotel bottles. We liked the set up and would book again. Great value."

"Half of our group said they didn't have hot water, but maybe they didn't wait long enough for it to heat up. We have a few people with dietary restrictions (gluten-free, etc.), so it would have been nice if there had been a breakfast option other than bread or cereal or if the restaurant had been open. The view of the lake was beautiful, and we all appreciated that. The stay was excellent when you consider the price we paid for 4 rooms for two nights."
