"Tolle große Zimmern und sehr nettes Personal!"

"The hotel is slightly over price, the room doesn’t provide toilet amenities, have to call them to request. And find out they basically don’t have shower cups in the hotel. These is the first time a hotel doesn’t provide an important and a basic toilet amenities.. "

"Being directly connected to Dubai Mall makes this hotel an excellent choice for a convenient stay in Dubai. This is maybe my 5th time staying at Vida Dubai Mall and will keep on coming back. The staff have always been extremely helpful, very professional, while the amenities are top-notch and are always clean and well-maintained."

"O Hotel é muito limpo. Os trabalhadores muito prestativos, principalmente a Sandra no restaurante no café da manhã. Reservamos o Hotel com café e jantar. E ficamos hospedados 7 noites. Só que a jantar era sempre o mesmo Menü. Mas o resto ficamos muito satisfeitas."

"I had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The kitchen was clean, well-equipped, and very convenient. Overall, a great experience with excellent hospitality and service. I would definitely recommend this place to other travelers and would happily stay here again!"
