"The location of this hotel was great - across from the beach and next to nice bars and restaurants. Nice size room, with adequate furniture. Bed linen good, appliances in the room good. However, the shower leaked terribly and bathtub was in need of replacement. Mostly what I was not happy with was the attitude of the staff. I complained about the chilliness of the pool water and the manager retorted "You are in the tropics now". I live in Brisbane, Queensland. Maybe he thought I came from...
