"I’ll start by saying: Edna the Egg lady and the view was worth all the troubles! We only had 36 hours to visit and we spent 3 of those being locked out of our room due to the keypads battery died. I get it, but they kept having us go back and forth downstairs to get it rekeyed the first few times before they finally had the security guard let us in. The next day we spent another 2 hours until the maintenance man was called to fix it! Plus The elevators are a nightmare!! By the way: Loved the fireplace and jacuzzi!!"

"We love staying in Wyndham whenever we are in Niagara. Staff is so friendly and helpful. They have many amenities and location is very convenient. The coupons were definitely a plus!"

"The view was amazing. The staff was helpful. The room was clean except the chairs were frayed and needed repair. The buffet breakfast variety of foods was great but hot food was only warm so after putting it on the plate it was only lukewarm to eat. So in general not bad but for the money you pay you’d expect it to be just a grade above what it was. "

"Clean hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. Located near the Falsview Casino and the incline railway to conveniently get you to and from the falls. There are lots of restaurant choices nearby. And, what an amazing view of the falls!"

"Stained bedsheets! Plugged shower room Tv remote no batteries. All caulking in washroom and jacuzzi coming off. Certainly not Hilton standards."

"Having used a third party booking platform, we were advised that our receipt would be sent by them, thus none issued at the property. Property required a $10.00 deposit for personal use, which was supposed to be credited back to our credit card, if no charges. Three days later, none of those things have happened. Otherwise, everything at the property was very good"

"The view was amazing. The room was clean. Other than some hand and nose prints on the windows over looking the falls but it wasnt a big deal by no means. Our breakfast was included with our room (all you can eat) it was hotel breakfast. If you have had it before youyou know what i mean. If you havent. Everything is fresh. The coffee was decent. And again you get to see the falls while you eat breakfast. Even lunch or dinner. Its the same area/restaurant. There is a pool in the swme hotel."
