"Busy check in with such a late check in time at 4pm - felt very rushed to get in, and had people piling up behind us. Then rushed again to get out by 10am. Really doesn't feel like value for money to have such a late check in and early check out. Balcony of Loch Lochy not private and our bathtub was clearly visible to those on the next door balcony. Good view of the canal though and fairly comfortable bed. Very quiet room."

"the staff was lovely, the place was spotless, great continental breakfast included and access to kitchenette and complementary tea, coffee was so convenient. Room was a bit small but had a comfortable bed. the washroom was quite large and had nice warm towels. The launch area and the amenities more than compensated for it."

"My husband and I were on a 3 week driving tour of the UK. We booked this place for 1 night and didn’t anticipate it being anything special. I am SO sad we were only there one night! The room was on the smaller side but very nice. The area was absolutely perfect. The food we had was delicious and just steps away. The locals were so helpful and nice. And the walking paths and the views were incredible. I miss this place already! It was a true highlight on our trip. The only issue we had was...

"Set in a beautiful and unique setting, the place provides a great place to stay. Lack of lifts does make it harder to get to the top floors especially with luggage. The only issue were the very heavy fire doors on the bedrooms that made a lot of noise when opened and closed."
