The room, property all was as expected, I enjoyed the stay, close to mall, shopping and places to eat, one small problem, my key card to room and access to the hotel, didn’t work properly. I had to swap at least ten times or more to get in. My room was on the back side, first floor, so I parked on the side, which meant I had to walk or drive around to front entrance in order to get in. "It's right on I-5, but it's kind of odd to get to, and back on the freeway, so thank God for navigation. When it's busy, you may have a hard time parking near the doors to your area. Other than Elmer's, next door (which is great!), or Fred Meyer, around the corner, there is nothing close. No convenience stores, food, or much of anything else. The place is secure and pretty quiet, with indoor room access only. Rooms have all the amenities and free wifi. It's a bit pricey for the area, but not...

"Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room."

"If you need somewhere clean, quiet, and with good AC, this place is for you! The bed was huge and comfortable. I couldn't hear any cars on the street, which was very surprising. The curtains kept the room super dark. I slept so well. It's right across from Walmart, Chick-fil-a, Chipotle, Five Guys, Starbucks, and some other places. Breakfast was good too. "Was a good value for the money"

"Room, amenities and breakfast are typical of your basic, mid-level Marriott property. Ask for a room on the side furthest away from Garfield Street if you hope to get any sleep. Hotel did a poor job communicating that housekeeping is only provided on request or every third day. No mention of it at check-in or anywhere in the room. With four or five comparable hotels at a similar price point available nearby, I’ll try somewhere else next time."
