"The Cottage was an excellent choice for our stay in Spearfish! We stayed two nights and found the two bedrooms and living area were spacious and perfect to allow us to relax. Check in was easy; great communication throughout stay with property managers. Easy to see this is the renovated upper floor of an older home but decor was updated and furniture and fixtures were modern. Visited during two days of 80+ degrees yet AC kept up nicely.
