"Arrival to the facility with my husband and children only to find out the pool was closed for maintenance while waiting for the front desk person to come back after approximately 15 minutes. We were quite disappointed since the pool was one of the reasons we choose this facility and were not giving the opportunity to change our reservation ahead of time. "Housekeeping staff could not come back at a later time that day to clean the room, that was disappointing. The internet was soooo sllloooowww. The lady with the colorful eyeglasses helping out with the breakfast food was very nice and pleasant (sorry I didn’t get her name). The front desk personnel were also friendly."

"The first room i had i was literaly stuck to the floor when i went to tell front desk lady was very rude. She did change my room. Im assuming people live there couple arguing hitting the walls salming doors cops. Went to front desk about towels gave 1 wash cloth 2 towels for 2 people"

"Great place, staff, clean environment full breakfast. Light sleepers will have issues if they happen to wake up at night due to noises from the highway behind the hotel. I will recommend thins place for travelers."

"When I checked in the desk clerk told me, by the way the elevators aren’t working and I have no other rooms available except the 2nd floor you’ll have to use the stairs. We had heavy luggage and bags and coolers. The pool was dirty and the place was outdated!"
