The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. The SPA was also great, but what really impressed us was the abundance of varied, special and delicious foods. I would rank the culinary experience, what we had in the hotel into the top five out of the hundreds of hotels we have stayed...

"The wellness section is closed until 9AM, which is disappointing. Other places open sauna, etc at 7AM to accommodate those who wish to swim or use sauna before breakfast. The faucet was running, woke me up. "

"Es wurde uns in der Rechnung die Minibar berechnet, ohne sie genutzt zu haben. Mehrfach habe ich p. Mail angefragt und bis heute keine Antwort bekommen. Wir haben leider erst nach 900 km Fahrt zu Hause festgestellt das es unberechtigt war. Das Hotel antwortet bis heute nicht darauf. "

"Evening staff on booking in were very good. Thought we treat ourselves to a soup, soup was excellent but was very expensive but then again our own fault for not checking price first. Bed was described as queen size, it was actually 2 singles pushed together and 2 single quilts, makes bit awakard when my Mrs and I are trying to get a bit jiggy with it. Breakfast was ok but nothing out of the ordinary like many people stated in their reviews. "
